If you are at all familiar with the What Did You Do This Week? Podcast, you are well aware of the barely contained chaos behind each show. When Danielle and I took on this project, we were cobbling things together at high speed and full gas. We are nearly completed with our first season, and it still feels like learning to fly a jalopy airplane at cruising altitude while the elevators are being glued on… or welded…. or hot stamped. However they do it. That’s more a question for this season’s guests Glenn [Episode 7 – Pretty Fly For a Wright Guy] and Jenni [Episode 31 – My Space Hookup]. What you may not be familiar with are the last-minute changes and challenges this season’s guests have maneuvered with us, just to be part of our show. I cannot thank our guests enough for tolerating our brand of crazy, and being as excited about this adventure as we are.
And because the WDYDTWPod is nothing if not on brand, I would like to take this time to announce that: There’s a new change to the already updated Guest Sheet. Yup, you read that right. No sooner did I get the sheet updated for the new software, we learned on the job some of the “fun” new features surrounding uploading and VPN use. I didn’t want to just shotgun the update out to all of you without taking a moment to acknowledge the magic you have brought to the show and how much you are appreciated.
